Reference dosage

l Directly mix it with the material in proportion and use it.

l The granulation effect is the best by twin screw extruder:

l PA6   UL94V-0(0.8mm)  22-26%

l PA66  UL94V-0(0.8mm)  18-22%

l If the original MCA powder is replaced, it is generally recommended to replace the original MCA powder by 1.8:1

Precautions

l Be sure to clean the equipment before use to avoid the presence of impurities affecting the flame retardant effect

l The black masterbatch must choose PA carrier, the organic black is the best, the polyolefin carrier black masterbatch will seriously affect the flame retardant effect

Packaging and storage

25kg per bag, using paper bags with PE inner. Products should be sealed storage, stored in a dry and cool place to avoid dust
