MB3008

  This product uses a new organic phosphorus flame retardant,selected resin carrier and granulated by twin-screw extruder, excellent compatibility with polyester. Can be widely used in extrusion, injection molding and spinning of polyester, such as PET fiber, non-woven fabric, sheet, film, etc.

MB3008 is a flame retardant masterbatch for PET,the product has high flame retardant efficiency.

MB3008 is a flame retardant masterbatch specially developed for polyester applications,flame retardant polyester compounds have very good physical and electrical properties.When applied to PET fiber, the recommended dosage of MB3008 is 5-7%. When adding 5% MB3008, the limiting oxygen index (LOI) of flame retardant materials can reach about 33%.

 MB3008 and PET chips are mixed in a certain ratio and then melt-spun and film extruded.The polyester must be pre-dried as usual before being incorporated into MB3008.
