Product Description   

NP2010 is a halogen-free flame retardant based on P&N system. The polymer with NP2010 will expand when burning and form a stable carbon layer on the surface. The protective layer provides a heat insulation effect, reduces oxygen access and prevents the further spread of flame, plays a role in fire retardant.

Applications 

NP2010 is developed especially for EVA. In EVA, recommended to add 40% of NP2010, and then add 10-20% of aluminum hydroxide or magnesium hydroxide.Product can achieve UL94 0.8mm V-0,VW-1,IEC60332-3A bundle burning, and CM,CMR grade flame retardant. It can be used in electronic assembly lines, photovoltaic lines, communication lines, electric power lines and other fields which have higher flame retardant requirements.

Currently on the market, NP2010 is the optimal flame retardant efficiency, the best hydrolysis resistance and environmental stability, the most cost-effective of halogen-free flame retardants.
