NP2536

NP2536 is a halogen-free flame retardant based on P&N system, is developed especially for TPE. The product achieves its flame retardant effect through intumescence. The polymer with NP2536 will expand when burning and form a stable carbon layer on the surface. The protective layer provides a heat insulation effect, reduces oxygen access and prevents the further spread of flame, plays a role in fire retardant.NP2536 less smoke, non-toxic, non-molten droplet, is a highly efficient environmentally friendly flame retardants.

Applications 

NP2536 is developed especially for TPE. Recommended to add 26-30% ;

NP2536 must be used with PPO , PPO is added in an amount of  12-15%;

ackage and storage

20kg per bag, using paper bags with PE inner. Products should be sealed storage, stored in a dry and cool place to avoid dust.
